Our stay at El Mouradi was absolutely fantastic! It wasn't our first time staying here, and it definitely won't be our last. The value for money is unmatched, and the staff are truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm and welcoming smiles. Even though we arrived late at night, the staff made sure we had something to eat. The dining area, where you can enjoy your meals while watching the swaying palms, is just marvelous. And speaking of meals, the food is delicious and there is a wide variety available. Plus, the fact that it's all-inclusive means that you never go hungry or thirsty. But the true heart of the resort is the animation team. They are full of energy and always have a smile on their faces. We had such a great time with them. El Mouradi is a great place to stay, and we can't wait to visit again in the future.

We would definitely recommend it for everyone. We had a nice stay in this great hotel.

Room service was great, and the man didn't even wait around for a tip! The pool and the beach are lovely, although the pool could do with some retiling. The bedroom was lovely, particularly the bed sheets. Again, the furniture could do with some replastering. Overall, the hotel ambience was more than satisfactory.

The food was not of a 5 star standard. The hotel uses a car company- evasion cars- which is highly unprofessional. We had a lot of problems with this car company, problems which would never occur in other countries. The hotel reception staff did not deal with our problem efficiently and although we waited for one hour and fifteen minutes at reception (wasting precious holiday time), no solution was secured for us. a particular hotel staff member rapproached us when we were in Medina and was very very friendly to us.He later led us to a shop which his family owns and pressured us to buy merchandise.In a country where everybody is friendly to you only because they want something, it was disappointing to find this in a hotel staff member too.

The rooms at El Mouradi Palm Marina were absolutely fantastic! They had everything I needed, including a hair dryer, TV, and even a mini fridge. I loved the views from the balcony, especially overlooking the pool. The Moorish décor added a touch of charm to the room, making me feel like I was truly immersed in the local culture.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the 24-hour room service. It made me feel a bit lazy, as I prefer to explore local eateries when I travel.

Even when I arrived late in the evening, they were more concerned about ensuring I had something to eat. The staff in every area were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The kitchen staff even made extra effort to get me food and set up a table just for me. The entertainment was top-notch, with games and sports always happening. I can't fault this hotel. Keep up the amazing work!

All the staff were friendly and very helpful. We could see they were very patient with difficult customers. The food was of a high quality and varied. I was part of a group with a wide age range and therefore different interests and we all enjoyed our time at the hotel. We liked that it was a short walk along the beach to the nearest town.

The rooms were slightly tired. We wanted access to a gym and did not realise before going that this was extra if you were on half board.

Beach location in sunny weather, Half hour ride in taxi into Medina ( Sousse ). Staff courteous and helpful. Room cleanliness v Good.Overall cleanliness in Public places excellent.

No hot or even tepid water for much of the 4 days. Had to bring this to staff attention twice in one day. no water at all on one occasion. Query on English style food but you have such a diverse nationality staying you cannot cater for everyone. Many steps. You have to climb some steps to get to / from your room.

The hotel has new decor in the rooms which is very nice. Staff are just the friendliest in the world and most helpful always

Our stay at El Mouradi Palm Marina was a perfect family getaway. The Mini club with the children's pool, mini disco, and playground kept our little ones entertained throughout the day.

For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly activities available at the hotel.

our room had a pool view and sea view. Paul was nice and big with access to the beach, the pool was a bit too cold to swim in though

I really got the best value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was great, with a short distance to the beach, and the staff treated me with such kindness and warmth.

The breakfast items could use some improvement, particularly in terms of variety and taste.

I always stay at a wonderful place in Port El Kantaoui. The staff is helpful and friendly, even printing my tickets for me. It suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, a bar, restaurant. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Very poor design bathroom, bathtub.You have to pay when you "check in". Far from the city, I wish I was closed to El Kantaoui port or Sousse city.

The rating outside is 5* but having stayed in very good hotels I would put it as no more than an average hotel.Food was OK but uninspiring room was OK, clean ( which seems to be a big prolkem elsewhere). To be fair I was in the area on business and this is a beach resort. Although I picked it because they advertised Wifi and a business centre. The business centre is two PCs with very slow internet connection and the wifi was off more than it was on......
